December 5, 2007 -- The stairway to the upstairs apartment has been stained and sealed. The handrail has a clear finish on it.


December 5, 2007 -- The upstairs hand railings are completed, stained, clear finished and painted. The Certificate of Occupancy inspection will be within a day or so.
