August 27, 2008 -- When concrete cures, it shrinks a small amount. This typically causes cracking. To control the cracking, the concrete can be scored. In order to not damage any pipes, 3" steel straps were placed where the cuts will be made. The pour is scheduled for Thursday, weather permitting. |  |
