Groman Residence

The Groman guest house is being built on the edge of a well known golf course in South Carolina low country. It has a screened porch for enjoying the evenings. The porch as well as the house have fireplaces with gas logs. There is an attached dog run and small kennel inside the garage. The roof is corrugated aluminum.

The Groman Residence is scheduled for completion by the end of 2008.
