Ponds & Sons Construction Announces a New Home on Brays Island

Lodge, SC -- Willis Ponds, Vice President of Ponds and Sons Construction Company, Inc. announced today the company will be building a new residence for Mr. Richard Keller of Wilmington, Delaware. The home will be located a few miles west of Beaufort on Brays Island Plantation, Sheldon, South Carolina.

Mr. Keller's home will be a large two story home with a separate two story garage. A covered walkway connects the home and garage. The patio view of the new Keller residence will overlook the river and marshes through a canopy of beautiful oaks. The residence will be another outstanding home constructed with care by Tony and Willis Ponds, the father and son owners of Ponds and Sons Construction Company, Inc.

"We are excited to be building another home on Brays Island," commented Willis. "We will be breaking ground this month on the Keller residence and do not expect to start another home until January or February, 2007. We believe quality is much more important than quantity so we strictly limit the number of homes we start on Brays Island to one per month."

This will be the third home currently under construction by this father and son team on Brays Island. Brays Island Plantation is an exclusive gated community that features numerous outdoor activities: golf, skeet shooting, hunting, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, cycling and other activities. "We are pleased to have been selected by Mr. Keller to build his home on Brays Island," remarked Tony, president of Ponds and Sons. "Mr. Keller had a choice of several good contractors and we are honored to be chosen by him. We will do everything in our power to insure Mr. Keller receives the very best house at the best price possible."
