Lowcountry Plantation Remodel: September 2007

September 4, 2007 -- The plumbing is nearly complete. The pedestal lavatory is installed in the powder room.

September 4, 2007 -- The sink is plumbed. Two dishwashers will be installed: one on each side of the sink.

September 17, 2007 -- Most of the wall sconce lights are installed in the dining room. There are five of them around the room.

September 22, 2007 -- The addition now has shutters. The shutter dogs will be installed soon. An access cover will be built for the under house access opening on the lower left corner of the photo.

September 22, 2007 -- The appliances (dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens and cook top) are leveled, connected and secured in place. The packing has been removed and they are ready to be used.

September 22, 2007 -- The door hardware arrived and has been installed. The three keyed units (two door knobs and a dead bolt) have been keyed alike.

September 22, 2007 -- The thresholds are in place in most doorways. The final coat will be put on the dining room floor this week. The protective paper has been removed from the kitchen floor.

September 27, 2007 -- The dining room floor has received its last coat of finish. This project is nearly complete.
